Free Trials & Restrictions
- We provide free trials and demo services for some products.
- Prohibited Content: No illegal content, including but not limited to sexual content, hacking, spamming, or other unlawful activities.
- Payment & Billing
- Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Bank Transfers, Indian Payment Gateways, UPI, etc.
- Refund Policy: No refunds for any purchased items. Refunds will be processed only if the ordered product is not delivered.
- Cancellation Policy: Users can cancel their services at any time. However, domain and hosting services require a minimum one-year payment and are non-refundable.
- Late Payment Policy: Services may be suspended due to non-payment. Additional charges may apply for late renewals.
- User Responsibilities & Restrictions
- Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in spamming, hacking, distributing illegal content, or violating any laws.
- Usage Limits: Hosting services follow a fair usage policy to ensure quality service for all users.
- Membership & Downloadable Purchases
- Recurring Memberships: Available
- Cancellation: Users may cancel their membership at any time.
- Usage Restrictions: Downloaded products must not be redistributed. Licensed products may only be used while the license is active.
- Invoicing & Domain/Hosting Sales
- Domain & Hosting Renewal:
- Domains have a 15-day grace period for renewal.
- Hosting accounts are suspended if not renewed on time.
- After 30 days of non-renewal, all data will be permanently deleted with no backups provided.
- Auto-Renewal: Available for domains and hosting services.
- Termination & Suspension
- Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms.
- Notice Period: Users will receive prior notice before termination unless the violation is severe.
- Privacy & Data Protection
- Collected Data: We collect client details such as name, email ID, phone number, and address for invoicing purposes.
- Data Handling: No third-party sharing; all client data is securely stored and protected.
- Compliance: We comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.
- Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through mutual discussions. If unresolved, legal proceedings may be initiated in an Indian court.
