For hosting and domain-related services:

• Domain renewals should be completed before the expiry date.
• A grace period may be available depending on the domain registry.
• Hosting accounts may be suspended for overdue payments.
• Accounts remaining unpaid beyond the applicable retention period may be permanently removed without further notice.
• Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups unless a backup service is specifically included in their hosting plan.

Our digital products may include software, themes, plugins, templates, scripts, or downloadable resources.

Customers agree that:

• Products are intended for their own lawful use.
• Products may not be redistributed, resold, or falsely represented as their own unless permitted under the applicable license.
